K-POP SENSATION BTS SPOKE TO NDTV’S ROHIT KHILNANI-

The world’s most popular band BTS  spoke to ndtv’s host Rohit Khilnani. Though it was a virtual interaction for the desi ARMY’s it was like a dream come true. They chatted about their fans in India and how they connect with them even though they were so far and not got a chance to visit their country and perform because of the ongoing pandemic.

The host [ROHIT KHILNANI] greeted them in the traditional Korean style – anyoghaseayo [HELLO]   which in reply BTS greeted back in Indian traditional style NAMASTE –[hello everybody].  Rohit Khilnani wished to interact with the boys face to face but during this ongoing pandemic it was not possible and the safest way to interact virtually.    At first, JIN shared his views that how he feels for the Indian army by stating- EVEN  THOUGH WE CAN’T SEE EACH OTHER AT  THE MOMENT. WE WANT TO TELL YOU HOW THANKFUL    WE ARE FOR YOU.  Further, they were questioned about their song “DYNAMITE”  which was in the number one position on many music streaming apps. As ARMY believes music was the healer in their toughest times because it transcends barriers of language, nationality, and age. Which encourages BTS to hear that how their music gives energy in a difficult period.   Coming to the next question they were asked about the motivation for conducting virtual concerts for their ARMY’S. Tehyung replied that “through this way we can see the fans on screen and could hear their voices, though it was such a long time to see them but was very emotional and overwhelming, this was all due to the technology which could narrow the gap between  the two.”

THE ACHIEVEMENTS-

The host Rohit Khilnani talked about some major achievements of the group such as; they have been on the time magazine, spoken at the UN, have been to the biggest talk shows of the world, had top 4 albums on billboard, further he added that how they tend to remain so down to the earth. In reply, Jungkook said that all the achievements up till now still don’t make them believe how it had happened. Many things have been the reason for the achievements like their efforts and timing for being a part of this long-run success, but the main factor behind all this is the LOVE and SUPPORT of the worldwide army.

ROLEPLAY

Another interesting question was about the roleplay of the sections in making AN ALBUM ready. The rap monster RM concluded about everyone’s contribution in the tracks, lyrics, ideas, fashion, cover, and composition. The charm king Jimin stated that all members are very vocal and everyone’s opinion is incorporated in the albums. All members agreed that it is hard to detect any individual role in making an album because it was the collection responsibility of everyone.

A BARRIER-

Though language is a barrier for communicating to the worldwide audience the anchor emphasized this particular important thing. JIN replied very assiduously that music is the medium to connect with the people likewise, they also listen to the songs of the other country which they don’t even understand.

DALLYING QUESTION-

The final and the most in heart waiting question for the desi armys would be that when will they able to see their boy band group BTS performing LIVE in India in front of their eyes.  J-HOPE  energized on this as they all want to see their Indian army very soon, just waiting for the pandemic to stop and they will head towards India super soon.  At the end of the interview, ROHIT KHILNANI showed them a small video message from the Indian fans which made the boys very emotional and overwhelmed for their fans in India [bohrahae].
